Konrad Purchała serves as the Deputy Director, International Cooperation Department at PSE in Warsaw. He holds a PhD from KU Leuven, where his field of study was Electricity Markets and Congestion Management. Mr Purchała has been working for PSE since 2001 and he has been in his current position for more than 3 years. Furthermore, he is the Chairman of ENTSO-E Market Committee since July 2017.
